Limit the amount of states to 50, or require new states to speak predominately english

One of two things must happen: either the number of states in the USA must be limited to 50 states, or new states that are permitted should have to speak predominately english in order to become a state. It is absurd that we are having to learn their language in order for them to become part of our nation. While this is a nation comprised of different nationalities, new citizens, immigrants, and states should be able to speak mostly english in order to create ease of trade, voting, ect. As well as allowing easier economics, it would allow better communication in Congress if everybody speaks the same language, as new states will have representatives in Congress
