Limit the amount of Taxi Cab permits issued in the outer boroughs or NYC (excluding Manhattan).

Created by D.A. on April 03, 2014

The number of green taxi cabs and the number of cars turned into cabs in the outer boroughs of NYC (Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, Staten Island) is growing and growing and growing. There is currently no limit on cars or green taxi permits. Cab drivers are working 16 hours a day to even make enough to try and break-even.

It's getting worse and worse every day. The greed of the city and the corrupted TLC employees are taking bribes from taxi drivers to process paper work etc. It's very sad and something needs to be done about this.

There should be limits on the amount of permits issued. In addition, someone needs to get the TLC employees that are taking bribes and fire them.
