limit the amount of televised coverage of mass murders, which sensationalize these acts of violence.

The media coverage goes on for days and the murderer is repeatedly shown during each if these segments. CBS evening news is asking what can be done to help curb this particular brand of violence. Beside the obvious ban on assault weapons, the answer is simple. Limit media coverage of these incidents and do not repeatedly mention the murderer by name.
