Limit the amount of terms that U.S. Representatives and U.S. Senators can serve to 2 terms.

Our representatives and senators in Washington no longer represent their electors. They care more about re-election than they do about solving the numerous problems that face our country. To eliminate the distraction of retaining their positions as a life long career, it is imperative that we limit the time they can spend in Washington. With Congress' approval rating below 15%, it is clear that they are not doing a good job. By limiting their terms, it forces them to solve problems with expediancy as well as more compromise on both sides to ensure problems are being solved.
