Limit the amount of time that any one person can receive the federal benefits of WELL FARE, EBT, SNAP, FOOD STAMPS, WIC to a maximum time period of 18 months with all money received to be paid back at an interest rate of no more than 10%. To be a recipient of any of the above listed item the recipient MUST be a Citizen of The United States of America and be able to prove it.
Persons receiving ant of these benefits will not be able to vote in ANY election held during that time period.
