Limit and control the selling of automatic and semi-automatic weapons to non-military civilians.

This petition is made to prevent the 300 people getting shot every day. We want Congress to pass a bill making it more difficult to buy SMGs and other automatic weapons. This petition should not affect the selling, buying, or owning of rifles or revolvers. About 40% of gun sales in the U.S. are made without background checks. We hope to prevent this and limit it.
