Limit the annual federal budget to 1.5 Trillion dollars. Convert Social Security and Medicare into self-funded programs.

Since 2008, the federal budget, deficit, and debt have exploded. In the end, it will be us, the taxpayers, and our children who will have to suffer the consequences, or the country's financial system could collapse altogether. We as individuals have to live within a budget. Let's force our government to do the same. Let's keep it simple so that everyone can understand it and the politicians can't circumvent it. A fixed federal budget cap can accomplish that.
