With right and priviledge come responsibility. Our Constitution protects American Citizens with the right to own/carry firearms...(to defend themselves)... not to possess an Arsenol. Guns limited to 1-2 per person. Those who do have gun(s) need to be aware of their responsibilities & obligations to society, not firing in public places, etc., (follow laws), and to prohibit access of guns to people other than the registered owner of the weapon. Prosecutors must have the legal ability to charge gun owners as an Accessory, if they choose, even if owner was not the shooter, nor present, should the gun be used or found in the possession of a dangerous person. This responsibility demands that Americans keep tight safety procedures and lock-up guns in no-access areas to children and others.
