Limit the Attorney General of the United States from entering into Corporate Deferred Prosecution Agreements

Created by A.W. on December 15, 2012

Corporations and their executives are repeatedly commiting serious crimes but not being convicted under criminal statutes. Instead the Attorney General allows them to entering "Deferred Prosecution Agreements" where nobody goes to jail, the corporation does not lose its corporate charter, and the corporation may have committed serious offenses and gotten away with it before. This needs to stop. There should not be a separate criminal justice system for white collar criminals and everyone else.
