I think that past criminal history from barring you from getting jobs, from things as simple as past DUIs, old drug charges old things are barring people from jobs and I think that is wrong. How can we have a strong economy and less crime we people who are trying to change can't get a shot. Thankfully I have a clean record but what about people that don't. Unless the job is related to policing crime national security, or school it shouldn't be required you have a background check to be subject to hire.
