Limit BLMs Wild horse and Burro program.

The Bureau of Land managements Wild Horse and Burro program needs limitations and requirements for the sake of the equines mental and physical health. Hundreds of horses are captured and put into miniscule metal pens where they get seriously injured and some even die. Even though BLM has good intentions the are in need of professionals to do the job correctly. BLM hides a lot of what's really going on from the public. The Equines have been hit by cars, trucks, even a helicopter! We understand that there are over 50,000 wild horses and burros, but you could at least cull them humanly and not stuff them into trailers and pens, but no matter what we do you don't seem to listen. The people that have care the most about the horses and burros have been called crazy and are ignored.
