Limit both ALL parties to no more that 8 years MAX in office, in both the House and the Senate. No more lifetime terms.

Limit terms for member of the House and Senate to no more than 8 years max. No more lifetime terms allowed. This a job that requires turnover to truly represent constituants and avoid favors and kickbacks and lobbyists. If the president of the United States is only allowed 8 years, so should the house and senate as they wield almost as much power as the office of the president.
