LIMIT CAMPAIGN ADS TO OCTOBER ONLY in election year.

In order to protect the sanity and avoid negative mind set in the nation, do not allow any TV/RADIO ads other than the OCTOBER prior to an election and open that month ONLY. BAN ALL signs - these waste paper and litter our country. THIS PAST ELECTION WAS THE WORST IN HISTORY - I HAVE NEVER SEEN SO MUCH NEGATIVE NEGATIVE NEGATIVE IN MY LIFE! Also BAN SUPER PACs and limit spending for elections to $25,000 per candidate. NO TAX DOLLARS are to be spent on elections whatsoever - that includes the use of air force 1 and secret service. TV will be required to allow 1 show per week which must allow ALL candidates to state their policy - POLICY ONLY - NO NEGATIVE REMARKS about other candidates. If negative remarks made - candidate is removed from election roll. CLEAN IT UP PEOPLE!!
