Limit members of Congress to a total of two terms.
Pensions should be capped at the median income level for Americans, at the end of the second term. Congress should not be a life time career. Setting term limits will encourage members of Congress to work for the American people, not worry about constant reelection and the need to fund these campaigns with money from special interest groups.
