Newly elected Senators and Representatives are to be limited to four (4) consecutive elected terms of service for a total of eight (8) years of continuous service. Sitting members of Congress (Senators and Representatives) will continue to serve to the end of thier current term; any sitting member having served a total of four (4) terms prior, whether coninuous or not, shall automatically be disqualified from service beyond the end of their current term. Those with less than four (4) terms shall continue if elected, but not beyond a total of eight (8) years continuous service
All members of Congress will receive salary and benefits as currently established for members for such service, effective for the duration of their term and NOT BEYOND.
