Limit congression seats to eight years terms and reduce pension payments by 30%

Reducing Federal pension funds by 30% will elliminate un-neccessary spending, as I and many others don't feel that occupying a congressional seat automaticly entitles pension fund retirements, as well as limiting Congressional seat terms to eight years.
