Limit Congressional and House of Representative pay.

Senate and the House of Representatives members should have their pay capped and the people should vote on any and all pay raises.

The Senate and the House of Representatives should not be aloud to vote them self's pay raises.

If the average person can not vote them self's a minimum wage pay increase, then House and Senate should not be able to.

Any increase should be voted on by the people.
