Recommend Congressional representatives (House and Senate) are limited to two or three terms. This would ensure representatives are not consistently concerned with the next election cycle and potentially enable tough decisions to be executed in a timely mannter. Also an incentive for elected officals to get to work early and often as they are limited on time in office.
