Limit congressional terms for both the Senate and the House.

I would like for the Obama administration to find a way to introduce and encourage congressional term limits. Congressman and women have resolved to spending more time running to stay in congress than actual legislation. They no longer are listening to the people, but instead listening to who can spend the most money. We live in a forward thinking society, and yet are represented by men and women who live by ideas that are outdated. Presidents are limited to two terms, yet congressman have no such limits. This needs to end. We've become gridlocked and unable to get new members who represent our current society. Thus we are stuck under rules that do not benefit today's culture and tomorrow's citizens.
