Limit Congressional Terms in office to no more than two, four year terms. Eliminate incentives of political careerism

Eliminate the incentives that go along with political careerism. Through a system of congressional term limits we will encourage citizen government, promote broad and common interests, and create a fail-safe mechanism to prevent the political class from ever again subverting the election process to the advantage of incumbency.
