We need repeal their pay for life (or at least reduce the amount) and limit the amount of insurance coverage they can receive after leaving office. No more lifetime services and pay for 4 years of work. These people need to be held to the same standards as you and I. This measure will help to ensure that only people who actually want to help the system will run for office. These guys now are making careers out of it and quickly lose sight of who they are and where they came from. We need to find people that want to help America, not get rich and screw the little guy for big handouts from private companies.
