Limit Congressmen and Senators to a two term limit.

Since an incumbent has such a huge advantage over anyone trying to challenge him and because they think their position is entitled instead of bestowed, we need safeguards against an aristocratic nightmare like the one we have. Therefore, since incumbents can't seem to leave their seats until they are no longer warm, we need to force them to come back to middle America and live with the nightmares they have created for us. Once they realize the ridiculous policies they enact, they have to live with too, we will finally get reform and policies that make sense for all instead of a select few. Everyone in America will have fair representation in Washington. The way this country intended it to be.
