Limit Congress's pay check an terms they are aloud to serve

Congress has become a way for politicians to turn what once was a civic duty into a life time career. The congressional politicians today are more worried about their money, getting re-elected and what others think than they are about actual problems. Congress has become a sad representation of what happens when you turn something meant to be an act of servitude into a life time career. They have been getting lazy and focusing on what they public sees them as. Also, in my eyes, if someone gets paid less for something, they must really want that job. There for, I propose that as a nation we take a look at their paychecks and terms to see if we can make it so they understand that it is not a career for you to make millions of money in, but a duty to improve your country.
