Limit Congress's pay to minimum wage when their approval rating falls below 70%.

We the people of the United States demand that our elected officials be required to perform their duties in the best interests of its people. Therefore Congress's pay should be performance based and should be required to have an approval rating of at least 70% to maintain their current pay level, any thing under 70% is unsatisfactory, if their approval rating is to fall below this level, their pay should be decreased to minimum wage. Pay raises for Congress should only be considered for approval ratings higher than 80%.
We the people should not have to live by different standards then our government, if we fail to perform proficiently at our jobs we do not get pay raises, we would be lucky to even maintain our jobs. The same should go for our elected officials.
