Time has come to put an end to having the same people always be elected to Congress. We complain that they never do anything, yet we sit back and allow them to be voted back in. Time has come for TERM limits. They for one need to be reasonable. No more career politicians. Time has come for this to once again become a Public Service, and not a Career. Thus, we'd be able to get newer minds into Congress, with fresher idea's.
Terms would be limited to:
-Only 2 Consecutive Terms
-Only 3 Terms Period (pending on Chamber of Congress
