Whereas, the President and his staff are intent on restricting, in a measurable fashion, certain freedoms granted in the second amendment as a response to the tragic shooting in Newtown, CT; and
Whereas, the President and his staff, and a complicit media, cite school safety as a paramount issue with no concievable means of accomplishment other than singularly restricting the constitutional rights of lawful citizens; and
Whereas, the nation deserves to know if political favors from large donors affects the President's determination to protect our schools;
Therefore, we petition the President to use all of the powers of his office to enact a 90% surtax on revenues generated from distribution of movies or video games depicting any gun or gun related violence.
