Petition to limit contributions in elections.
Elections are for all citizens 18 and above to select the candidate they desire to hold office it is not for the manipulations of groups or corporations. The super PACs have completely negated that possibility.
The limit to contributions should be an amount that the average citizen can afford which could be resolved using a small percentage, less than or equal to 5%, of the average salary.
All contributions not used for a particular election becomes the property of the area, city, county, state or federal, in which that election was held to pay for equipment and effort to maintain future elections. The Party Conventions to be at the cost of the party hosting them.
Contributions should be held to the same standard as votes; one man, one vote.
