The only way to reduce the cost of health care and make it actually affordable to people is to limit what hospitals can charge for things. Stop letting hospitals charge 1000% markups for things like pills and routine tests. Get rid of insanely high deductibles that nobody can pay. Regulate the fees that hospitals charge. No hospital anywhere needs a $35,000 fountain outside...hospitals are there to help people....it shouldn't be about a profit.
