No person serving or acting as the President of the United States shall at anytime attempt to deprive an American Citizen of life, liberty, rights, or any other freedom guaranteed to him or her in the Constitution. It is the sworn duty of the President of the United States to uphold the Constitution. At no time will the Office of the President circumvent or attempt to circumvent the Constitution, to deprive any American citizen of life, liberty, rights, or any other freedom guaranteed to him or her in the Constitution. Failing to abide by this guidance would subject the violating party to removal from office as set forth by the Constitution. If the President is removed from office he or she will stand in a public open trial before the U.S. Supreme Court.
