Limit Executive Compensation

No CEO or executive of a publicly traded corporation shall be compensated more than 60 times the average compensation of all non-managerial employees. This average figure shall encompass both American and foreign employees. Compensation shall include all wages, salaries, bonuses, values of stocks and stock options, value of insurance paid for by the company, and any additional special perks paid for by the company.
Violation of this law is subject to fine up to $5,000,000 and up to 5 years in prison. In instances where this law is violated, the entire executive staff and/or board of directors is subject to penalization.
