Therefore, we the People should limit the power of the Federal government to tax any individual or entity to not more than 9% of their income, assets, or any other measure of wealth. Being able to spend one's income or wealth as one so chooses is a form of liberty and "the pursuit of happiness." Federal expenditures should also be limited to not more than 9% of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) so that the Federal government is compelled to operate in a fiscally prudent and sustainable manner consistent with our liberties.
