to limit the amount of government aid to 2 children per family or parent with custody. This will reduce government spending, increase the initiative to be a part of the work force. In everyday terms there are too many career welfare individuals who have children to collect a check every month knowing we(the tax payers) will provide a hot meal and free money with out the initiative to work for it. I believe that this country was built by hard work and dedication of the American people.
