Auto / Simi Auto and high capacity weapons have no place in the general public.
1. Ban auto/simi auto rifles and clips of more than 10 round from everywhere outside of an officially licensed gun range. The range would need to meet storage and control requirements.
2. Limit the number of guns any individual / house hold can poses in said house to 2 (1 hand gun and 1 rifle).
3. If someone wants a 3rd (or more) gun they must keep it/them at an officially licensed gun range (see item 1).
4. There is no grandfathering anything or anyone.
5. Close all the loop holes in when background checks are done…you want a gun you get a background check at purchase and every 5 years.
6. All guns are to be kept in a secure box and owner is liable.
7. Gun owners to take class every 5 years to keep guns
