limit 'Gun Control' vs. "The Right To Bear Arms"

Created by J.R. on December 14, 2012

This is in regards to a petition I am sending to the White House:

Regarding the difference in 'Gun Control' and the 'Right To Bear Arms'

-In relation to the mass shooting in Newtown, CT, i believe:

Any public and/or private institution, opening, gathering, or allowable public entry has the right to screen and/or monitor any/all person(s) of interest or otherwise associated with that particular establishment the forbearance of firearms/WMD's/ or individual weapons. "Properly" owned arms bearers and people who feel they are 'absolved' of this privilege will not be persecuted or prosecuted without due course.
