Students these days have to perform community service, perform extracurricular activities, and maintain good academic standing to get into a good college of their choice. Through my personal experience, I have gotten over 6 hours of homework per night. I leave for school at 6 am sharp in the morning and get back at 4 pm on the bus. With those extra 6 hours of homework, I find it hard to even get in some time to eat or shower. I want to further my education the best way possible and this is my first step to getting there.
