Limit the house and senate to (2) two 2 year term limits during a lifetime

Impose a lifetime limit of no more than (4) total years in congress and senate seats
enact public elections for the supreme court
enact public elections for the the federal reserve chairperson
allow open voting beyond the house and senate on bills and amendments to the constitution before the president can sign them into law,the peoples vote having the capacity to veto them
allow the disclosure project to open all government records concerning e.t life via nasa,dod,and norad records
repeal the tsa
repeal homeland security and replace it with public elected officials and lawmakers
repel fema and merge them into the american red cross
