Limit houses under 800 sqft to one per household

Created by E.O. on December 25, 2014

Affordable housing is less likely to be realized as long as investors are able to purchase multiple small housing units. Investors purchasing affordable smaller units remove them from the pool available for low income or first time homebuyers. By keeping the pool of entry level, affordable houses available, low income and first time homebuyers may be more able to save the down payment and monthly payment for the smaller, "starter" units.
