Limit how much of your criminal records a job can see if your have been a law abiding citizen for at least 7 years

Their should be a law that is passed that allows certain reformed law breakers to acquire nice jobs if they have stayed on the good side of the law for at least 7 years. For certain crimes it should not be seen by background checks because its the constant rejection that turns a person to breaking the law again. Employers will not let you forget that you made a mistake, their are upstanding people that have once broken the law whether they were punished or not.
