Limit imports to a percentage of less than 40% for each corporation by country doing business with the other country.

The purpose of this petition, is to help the United States and other countries keep their jobs, and help the trade imbalances of all countries. It might keep coporations form exporting all their jobs. The coporations would have to do 60% manufacturing or operations in country, be it what ever country we are trading with.
