Currently a police officer has access to databases that hold any person's complete arrest record, which is not just nor legal. The information an officer should be allowed to know about a person should include the arrests of the individual in which the individual was ACTUALLY CONVICTED OF! The police are human beings and are capable of being unjust, unfair, and even irrational and when they have the power to revoke an individual's freedom from them, the decision to do so should only be on the facts at hand, not previous and unvalidated accusations. Just because an individual is arrested, does not mean that individual actually committed the crime, nor does it mean the police should be able to interrogate any person about previous arrests that did not lead to conviction in court, but they do
