Please limit constant threat to physicians of being sued. LET DOCTORS practice a REAL MEDICINE instead of DEFENSIVE MEDICINE which brought healthcare to the state it is in right now. A lot of money will be saved and patients will avoid unneeded testing which many times expose them to radiation and likely cancer related to it (again requiring $$ for treatment).
PHYSICIAN SHOULD NOT be sued unless he/she did something harmful on purpose!
