Limit the time for campaigns for presidential elections to 60 days each for the primary and general elections and cap the amount of funds that can be spent from any source so that no party has more money to spend than another and that money spent on a non productive purpose can instead be spent on activities which have a lasting positive fiscal impact. Let's stop throwing away money, time and good will!
