Many of our representatives in the US Senate & House of Representatives have long outstayed their welcome: Their ideas are stagnant, and do not serve the larger interests of their constituencies - There should be a cap on the number of terms an individual can serve; just as the President of the United States may only occupy the office for two terms, so too should members of Congress face the same limitation. Following this model would help foster an age of fresh ideas, bi-partisan cooperation, and true government by the people, for the people.
