Lobbying is based mostly on cronyism and is an obstacle to real democracy. By following this pattern, constituents are not properly represented in Congress. Many of today's problems result from special considerations to lobbyists who will gladly return the favor with campaign contributions. In order to bring back the true democratic principles, I suggest to ban LOBBYISTS from Congress except during Committee Hearings. There, they can present their interests like any other person. This would be JUSTICE FOR ALL.
THEN, AND ONLY THEN, CONGRESS WILL REPRESENT THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
