Limit the monetary values that Super PAC's are able to spend to influence campaigns

Created by A.S. on November 24, 2014

Super PAC's are a hidden and unfair means for corporations to spend millions on individual campaigns. This exorbitant spending makes our elected officials pawns to the corporations that support them, and do not allow for the common person to have any effect in today's democratic system. In the 2010 Supreme Court court case Citizens United v. F.E.C., the cap for corporate spending was lifted, allowing a loophole through the elusive Super PAC. Stop this spending and support a return to our previous $5,000 cap.
