Limit the number of 2 year terms a Representative in the House of Representatives can serve to 5 years.

Created by D.H. on January 09, 2013

Amend Article I, Section 2 of the Constitution to set the number of terms a Representative in the House of Representatives can serve to five 2 year terms. This would reduce the amount of influence senior members have over issues and other Representatives of the House and Senate. The President of the United States of America is limited to two 4 year terms, and as such, the House of Representatives should have a shelf life as well.
