There are some companies who apply for more than 15000 applications for H1-B visas. There median salary is much lower than other companies. Other companies who genuinely need people have to suffer because of such misuse by other companies. There should be a limit on number of people a company can apply for H1-B in a given year. There is no way a company requires more than 20K people every year.
