Limit the number of Islamic refugees in the United States to no more than 10% of the number allowed in Muslim countries

The United States and Europe are taking in to many Muslim refugees. This can result in changing the demographics of the countries in question thus escalating the rate of Islamification of Europe and the U.S. Limiting the American burden to 10% of what the Muslim Nations themselves take in will make the assimilation of those few taken in by the U.S. and Europe more likely. Otherwise Europe and the U.S. will lose their identity.
