In this modern era there is now a need to limit the number of terms served by US Congress and Senate Members to not more than three terms or maximum of 10 years. As well as the age limit of members so that matches the national retirement age. This would force fresh ideas and get the hard liners that causes our system of government to stagnate out of office.
