Limit the number of terms of the House and Senate to 3 terms for their lifetime.

We have too many lifelong members of the House and Senate. We the people require meaningful change, not change for the sake of change. With these lifelong members comes people so set in their ways and ideas that real change for them is impossible. We the people require fresh faces and new ideas, because business as usual has gotten us only debt we can't hope to pay down in any one of our lifetimes. Our taxes, our money, has been mismanaged for far too long. Our national debt shall not engulf our national income. Continually increasing the debt ceiling cannot and will not be the option, nor is it remotely sustainable. If we limit Congress to 3 terms over the course of their individual lifetimes, they will be forced to enact meaningful change in short order.
